All orders ship from Perth, Western Australia.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days after payment confirmation.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

  • WA Metro: 1 – 3 business days
  • Rest of Australia: 3 – 7 business days
  • NZ / International: 7 – 14 business days (depends on customs & carrier)

We use Australia Post and Sendle depending on your location and item size.

Express shipping is available at checkout.



All pieces listed as verified or authenticated have been checked by E82 or a trusted third-party service. Each vintage item is pre-owned and one-of-a-kind, so slight wear is normal and adds to the character. We describe and photograph items accurately — please review descriptions and measurements before purchase.


Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is unique and individually sourced, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@e8two.com.au with your order number and clear photos.

We’ll assess the issue and, if approved, arrange a refund or store credit.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days.
