Each vintage item is pre-owned and one-of-a-kind, so slight wear is normal and adds to the character. We describe and photograph items accurately — please review descriptions and measurements before purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is unique and individually sourced, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns or size exchanges.
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@e8two.com.au with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll assess the issue and, if approved, arrange a refund or store credit.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 – 10 business days.
